Susta’s Health Solutions was established in 2015 by Tracy and Antonio Mays.

Mr. and Mrs. Mays, founders and owners of Susta’s Health Solutions were born in St. Louis, Missouri and have been very productive in their communities throughout the years.

Mrs. Mays worked in the Healthcare field for about 15 years and with both of them having a heart to serve, and the Love for their Aunt Henrietta Edwards, (AKA-SUSTA) who was a breast cancer survivor but years later passed from a second battle with the disease. The Mays and other family members were very active in supporting Susta’s children with her day-to-day care. This gave Susta the ability to live in her home in the most comfortable way. It made no surprise that Home Health Care has become their journey.

In 2015 coupled with their hearts for the elderly, terminally ill, and disabled. Susta’s Health Solutions was up and running and is growing tremendously. The Mays’s leadership, resourcefulness, and generosity have prompted growth, peace for families to be able to have support for their loved ones within their own home and great Employment Opportunities within a growing community.

Our Consumer Direct team provides elderly, disabled, or infirm patients with a range of services that help them to better manage day-to-day tasks.
